The centerpiece of performing arts in Eureka Springs is THE Auditorium, where
PaperMoon Attractions has hosted many of its performers.  While preserving its
original architecture, The Aud (as it is loving called) in 2004 underwent major
renovation and updating thanks to a major grant from the National Parks
Department's "Save America's Treasures" program and local matching funds.

The Aud opened its doors as the community's music hall over 75 years ago with
John Phillips Sousa and continues to present great performers.  Legends such
as the great Ray Charles in his last public performance, Willie Nelson, The
Chinese Golden Dragon Acrobats, Janis Ian, Baxter Black, Judy Collins and
several internationally-renowned Celtic bands from Ireland and Canada.

Eureka Springs is also about hospitality.  Visitors from all over the world travel our
way year-round to enjoy the beauty and sanctuary offered here.  Set in the Ozark
highlands,
Eureka Springs is a Victorian era and styled community whose
architecture, art and music reflect the tastes of that time.  The primary European
settlers in this area, as early as the 1830's, were Irish, German, and Scottish.

The community was built by both Irish and Scottish immigrant craftsmen to the area,
and the Celtic heritage and influences of this working class informs the Victorian
style preserved in the town today.  With all the magic of the beauty of nature and
artistry of our fine artists and craftsmen, this little hamlet becomes a place beyond
time - a respite for the world-weary sojourner.
From historic hotels to more one-of-a-kind B&B's per capita of any town in the
south, Eureka Springs offers welcoming and relaxing lodging for the traveler.
With a rich history of healing waters, the community offers many
spas and
massage therapists to help you "tune in" to your health.  Many world-renowned
chefs call Eureka Springs home, and locals and visitors alike can enjoy their
culinary art in many fine
restaurants.  And of course, with all this art and diversity
of world culture, you can enjoy
shopping for that special, can't-live-without-it
treasure, including
world-class galleries and resident artists.

Even with the slow pace there are always interesting and unique
things to see
and do - floating a canoe, spelunking, touring the springs and historical
buildings, music shows, a wildlife refuge, and
MORE!

Come visit for a few days.  Let us take care of you while you slow
down and absorb the beauty that is Eureka Springs.
You'll want to stay.
